It is a novel galactomannan tridimensional hydrocolloid matrix, which sequentially releases oligosaccharides obtained from the chicory root (Cichorium intybus L.). This tridimensional mesh is adsorbed on the skin surface to form a continuous film that enables this immediate lifting effect and a prolonged effect for the release and later absorption of oligosaccharides
